Question wires under driver seat

It seems there are several wries under driver seat. I found them when adjusting the seat to the highest position.
Is this normal? should I wrap them up?

Wires under the seats are normal. They contain the wiring for the seats motors, accelerometers for airbag deployment, heating elements etc... Nothing to worry about
