My delivery (yesterday) was very smooth. My main complaint is that the Tesla app stopped working right after delivery. My delivery specialist warned me that this would happen and that it might take a couple of days to come back. How long does it typically take? Thanks!

I'm using ios (Iphone 7 plus). It worked briefly at the delivery center, then changed to "Mobile Access Disabled". I asked my delivery specialist about it and she said that it's expected and should come back 'within a few days; call if not back on in 5 days". 24 hours later it's not back.

Ok, I discovred that there's a setting in the car to enable mobile access (
Controls > Safety & Security > Settings > Allow Mobile Access). Once I turned this on, the app started working. I guess they turned it off during delivery.

so maybe it takes up to 5 days for new owners to get tired of waiting and figure out what got turned off on their own. You beat it by a couple days! ;)
