As seen elsewhere, pulled the front headrests out and bent the mounting bars so that the headrests are now verticle, thus no long pushing my head down (causing one to slouch with OEM headrest position).
Depends on your skill (or daring) level I suppose. It's not hard as such, but most of the install time is used on going through the instruction videos anf wondering how things come apart. Second time would be easy.
Oh, and you need a cable to pull the wires through the rubber tube. It's cheap, but necessary.
