It means that it's dead. They tabled it. It's not going anywhere. We'll have to wait until next year to see if has more momentum. In the meantime, you can contact your local representative to tell them you support HB 469, to give state tax credits for the purchase of electric vehicles, and you want them to support it too. You can find out who your members of the General Assembly are by going here:

Brad, you da man! But yes I did check out these reps today and it was funny how they predictably voted along party lines. I truly hope this comes back next year, though I’m unsure if that will apply the credit for 2018 purchase. Fingers crossed!
