From supercharge.info

Without announcement (from the official tesla site, or permits) both Moose Jaw and Maple Creek randomly showed up recently actually in progress.

This should allow at least us LR nerds to get significantly further east! As someone with family near Med Hat and extended family in saskabush this is fantastic!

That stretch from Rocky View to Maple Creek(400k/250m) will be quite sketchy in winter. Hope Tesla keeps up the pace with Trans-Canada construction.
Med hat switching to permit is also excellent news. I know in deep winter it is a stretch to make Calgary>>Med Hat even. Brooks/Bassano will be a nice add for that stretch. Swift/Creek should be up well before winter which is great for 'now' fair-weather 2019.

I'll be driving by the Blind River site in a couple of weeks and will check the progress. It's been stalled for a while, possibly waiting for V3 equipment. Can't wait to see if it's indeed V3.
