Coolant, I would imagine. The radiator is up front.
I thought it was the tears of the owner! After having jumped out unscathed, they ran to the front of the car, fell to their knees and gave a Darth Vader "NOOOOO" shout. (cut to rising shot as owner looks to the sky)
Then, arms outstretched and clutching the jagged mess that used to be the front of their Model 3, exclaimed "DAMN YOU... DAMN YOU ALL TO HELL!" ala Kreiger from TV's Archer.

EDIT: Just because I posted and then thought..."I hope nobody takes this the wrong way." ...this is my silly attempt at humor, please understand I hope and pray that all parties involved were and are in good health.

I wondered what happened to the forward collision warning and Automatic Emergency Braking?

Maybe the pole was too skinny or the driver swerved into it and AEB only works with straight head on?

Probably the pole jumped out into the road right in front of the Tesla.
