Is there a property discount for having to clear old munitions?

A construction company in Tucson was preparing a lot for a local Toyota dealership expansion several years back and found an unexploded 500 LB bomb while excavating the field. They had to cease operations until the area was cleared. Something to tell the grandkids about. And a few years back a scrap yard worker was killed when cutting into an unexploded bomb. All of that stuff was WW2 era.

They (unexploded munitions) are more common than we think.
