hi fans of tesla :) i feel like i am in good company here :)

ok, here in Western Australia we got our first supercharger bays Yaaa Hoooo :) a set of six in one location (its a start).

here is where the confusion starts, while i was looking them over i pulled off a handset and below is what i found????? (its my son in the pic :)
all superchargers i have seen only have 2 main pins, this has 5? which made me think - is this just the standard for AU or can these superchargers charge faster.

any ideas would be greatly appreciated - a search of google images reveals one photo similar to this (with a car)

The euro plugs are designed to accommodate three-phase charging as well as single phase, plus ground, plus DC for superchargers, plus two signal wires to confirm that the car is plugged in.
Three phase power is common in European homes, but not in the U.S.
thanks for explaining the config
