My 2019 model S less than 4 hours old - low volume high pitch squeal sound from drivers wheel from 40 - 70 mph? obnoxious. Any one

I've heard of that happening when a tiny rock gets trapped between the brake pad and rotor, or when the alert tab on the pad is incorrectly adjusted. You can probably schedule mobile service for that and avoid the Service Center wait.

I’ve heard the same as what @Jason F mentioned. Rock/something got stuck inside an area of the wheel.
