I see a puddle of liquid on the garage floor between the front wheels and off center to the right. It has the feel of water with a small amount of oil in it. What is it, battery coolant? Will call the service center tomorrow.

Probably just condensate dripping off the AC. This is the same as an ICE car, except that with the Tesla you end up more often in the garage with the AC on, playing with your new software update, Lunar Lander, etc.

Yes, even when it's not hot, the A/C will run to dehumidify the cabin air. The condensate drain is near the center at the firewall (so sort of between the front wheels toward the back of the wheel wells). The A/C can produce a LOT of water in a short time, so if you are out working in/on your var, be sure to turn off the HVAC.

If the coolant ever leaks, you will know pretty quickly because the superbottle has a level sensor and you'll get an on-screen alert.

I have A/C condensate dripping from the center at the firewall, as described here. But it also drips from the firewall near the passenger side.
