Then there has to also be an online version of said manual.....anyone have a link to it? (I realize the company may be tweaking/editing/ revising the manual based on input from employee M3 owners))

Would be great to read over before getting the actual car next year!

Has this little useful tidbit:
WARNING: If the 12V power supply is disconnected, do not attempt to
open the front doors with the door glass in closed position. Failure to
follow this instruction could result in door glass shatter.​

So, the windows must retract slightly when opening a door.

THANK YOU for posting this! So much good stuff in there for us electrical engineers:

It appears the 12v battery is about half the size of a common car battery. It's located under the frunk near the steering column.

Most high voltage components and controls are are contained in what we now now is called the penthouse of the battery, easily accessed by removing the rear seat. It appears removing the connector on the passenger side of the penthouse disconnects a shunt that disconnects battery voltages from the high voltage components. There is a port on the other side where you can stick a voltmeter to confirm high voltage components in the penthouse are no longer connected to the battery.

Dare I ask if there were any more useful documents in whatever dumpster you found this one?
