Interestingly, even the owner's manual (at least the current revision) only makes reference to it once. No location or replacement information.

From the owner's manual:
Model 3 has an air filter that prevents pollen,industrial fallout, road dust and other particles from entering through the vents. The air filter should be replaced when necessary. Contact Tesla.

Can one of you owners please go look for a tilt or removable long thin panel at the top inside of the glovebox that might be access to the cabin filter? Thanks!

It's somewhere in the panel of the right-hand center console (next to the passenger's left leg). You'd have to remove the carpet trim to access it.
