We are back from the show and wow it was great! So many EV enthusiasts and Teslas dominated the event...144 was the final count. This number is larger than the first Holley LS fest! This show has a little (actually a lot) bit of everything for everybody. The car show was lightly attended because MOST of the cars were all on track! Autocross, Drag (we ran 11.90's at 110 within .04 in each of our three runs), and the legendary Sonoma Roadcourse.

Our Project White Lightning 2020 Dual Motor Stealth performed well for us!

Although we got in just one road course section, it was breath taking....literally. Our driver could be heard gasping for air through some of the long sweeping corners..., especially the sweeping downhill 6 and 6A Carousel!

It's hard to put in words what the elevation changes are like, but check out these three photos.

We've been running the BFG Rivals all year so we decided to try some Falken RT-660's. Check out these numbers from the G-meter! No problem thanks to our Racequip 6-point harnesses.

They gave us an extra chicane...even with it, we ran a 2:07 in the one session we did and two clear laps to push the car. The Eibach Pro Kit's lowering springs and bars were flawless. We recently installed Unplugged Performance upper control arms in the front to achieve more camber. 3.5 degrees is a nice balance between the road course and autocross.

We had a chance to meet up with Randy Pobst and other instructors who gave us excellent advice what to expect on this course.

We didn't drift our car, but this Camaro was actually Tesla Powered with an AEM controller.

We ran the Autocross and 3S event as well.

3S (Start-Steer-Stop) is basically a 60mph arc that 180's in on itself and you jam on the brakes - stopping in a box that's 25ft. wide and 40ft. deep. Pretty much like trying to park in your garage at 60mph! Check out the brake dive. Summit 608F. brake fluid and Hawk 5.0 pads getting a workout!

Holley and Jimi Day and Co. at FM3 did a wonderful job with everything being well organized. Holley had 40 chargers installed in the Pit Garages so no problem juicing up between rounds. This event is going to be HUGE next year...they are already scouting the track for more space. Hope you can join us next year!

Congrats guys! I was invited to the event but travel time and pandemic pressures kept me put. Maybe next time
