Unfortunately, when a family member scuffs the Model Y 20” induction wheels, the damage is super obvious.

Luckily, I had the proper repair tool.

Final result looks great:

Amazing, did you sand the scratch area first? If so, what paper did you use? Or did you just start coloring away?

No prep, though that would improve the final result, I'm sure.
Once you darken the exposed alloy, you've knocked down 90% of the obviousness of the scuffing.

i scratched mine on Day 1! the rims stick out from the tire much more than any car i've ever had. i've scuffed t hem up a couple of times and the sharpie technique works good
