I ordered my model 3 about two weeks ago in store. LR AWD, MSM, PUP, Aero, EAP, and the sales advisor said he would request to add the FSD afterwards. After a week, FSD was also added to the order, and my order agreement was perfect.

Fast forward to about 2 days ago, around midnight I get an email saying that my order has been modified, I had made no such request. EAP and FSD had been taken off the order for some mysterious reason. I thought, no problem, Tesla is in delivery hell right now and I'm sure I can just talk to someone on the phone to get it added back in. It was annoy, but not the end of the world. But I didn't get a chance to do that...

Yesterday morning, I get a text from a delivery specialist, saying that my model 3 was ready to be delivered to my house on Monday, Nov. 5 (in six days). Indeed, I see a VIN assigned to me but the order was still missing EAP and FSD. I reply back quickly saying that my order had changed without my request and the advisor replied saying no problem, he will add it back in for me. Then I'm said okay and waited another day to see if it gets changed back. So I waited until today, and no communication of anything sort from Tesla, but my delivery is scheduled in four days (two business days). I don't have my final price, so I can't call up my credit union to finance anything, and the credit union doesn't open on the weekends. Therefore my finance would not be ready by delivery. I'm guessing it is going to have to be pushed back.

Has anyone had this happen to them? What should I do? I'm thinking of walking into the Fremont delivery center and talk to someone. (I have in-home delivery since I'm near the factory) HELP~!

Darn it! Seems like they unmatched the original VIN that was assigned to me because the configuration didn't match entirely. It was missing the EAP and FSD as previously stated. I thought those features were only software configurations. Alas I will have to wait a little longer. No ETA at the moment. :(
