missing (?) back cover on console at delivery

just picked up our stealth m3p yesterday .... awesome ....
.... but, is there supposed to be a cover on the back/bottom of the console ?
I didn't see it till i sat in the back seat .... there are exposed wires and an electrical plug
....

Yes. We found our cover in the back seat floorboard after delivery. They had not out the metal clips on at the factory. We couldn’t figure out why it wouldn’t just stay. Went to SC. They put the clips there said it was a known issue.

Haven't seen this before so I don't know how common it is but go back and have them put it in for you.

If the SC is far, try the mobile ranger service request.

When looking from the rear seats between the front seats I can see cables. Is this normal? I would expect the cables to be covered.

You are absolutely missing a cover. The area beneath that A/C vent is covered by 2 black plastic pieces. Looks like you have the upper piece and are missing the lower piece which extends down to about 1/4" above the carpet.

How to fix it? I took delivery Friday. I have tried to contact Tesla for getting the bill of sales, registration and now this, and never get a reply. How do I get in touch with them? Is there a phone number, or email?

I would call and email your Delivery Specialist directly. This should be the person who walked around the car with you at your delivery, and usually had been in touch with you prior to the delivery day.
Do you have such a contact?

Otherwise, though the hold/wait time is a pain, the (888) 518-3752 Tesla Customer Service number is an option.

If you have a delivery center/service center close to where you live, you can get through to them by calling the local number and continuosly press the number 2 on the keypad, should patch you directly to a local service rep.
