Trying to see if other cars are like mine/normal/defect, thanks for your help.

1. front windshield, left and right side, missing about 1/2" weather stripping

2. underneath hood, left side missing paint

3. trunk rubber seal, left and right side, bumper gap

4. glass roof rubber seal, sticks out a little, I think it's causing with noise at highway speeds (2018 MS loaner I drove for about a week didn't have a lot of wind noise)

5. door frame, rubber seal bunched, 3 of the doors

6. 12v battery, no negative terminal cover

I've never seen a car with a cover on the negative terminal. That's connected to chassis ground, so isn't necessary. The positive terminal has a cover to help prevent an accidental short if you touch something metallic to it and the body.

There are spots on my roof glass leading edge that the rubber sticks up just a hair above the glass, but wind noise is no issue fir me and I tend to drive around 80mph highway in this car. Do you have an early VIN?
