After I got home from an hour commute, the car had a loud fan sound coming from the rear. I have had the car for a week and a half, with similar driving, but this is the only time I've heard it. My guess is that it's the fan cooling the battery. Am I right?

Those look like suspension components to me... Don't believe there is a fan for battery; it's liquid cooled. Why are they making noise? Got no idea...

I seem to notice a fan running after parking the car. At first I thought it was because I was near the car with the Telsa app running on my cell phone. But, I've been outside without my phone and notice the fan notice even when my phone is nowhere near the car. When I unlock and re-lock the car using the app, the fan shuts off. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. Going to ask the Telsa people the next time I'm at the maintenance shed. Will post what they say.
