How do I confirm Referral/Free Supercharging?

Nothing in the order entry shows that the referral code was applied when I did my order last night. Looking to confirm - do I need to call in and wait for 40+ minutes on hold in order to confirm?

Ordered M3P (No Performance Package), Midnight Silver, White Seats, Aero wheels, EAP, showing "By Nov 2018" delivery.

I referred myself, and on my model 3 account page it says that I am pay per supercharger usage, I believe that tesla has a glitch and that the the account web page is inaccurate

if you did, you should be able to see who (yourself in this case) ordered with the referral code and delivered at the bottom of the Tesla account page when you log in.

So far, nothing. Buddy says nothing in his loot box and I still don't have any indication whether it has actually been applied. I will ask at delivery tomorrow for confirmation - I have an email from the copilot who says she applied the code the day before the program expired so at least I have some documentation...but there does appear to be some bugginess in the machine right now.

I gave my brother my referral code before my car was delivered. It showed that an order was placed and when he picked up his S, my lootbox showed 1 delivery. After picking up my 3, my lootbox is empty. No idea what is going on.

I was also told that I would get 1 year of free supercharging for taking delivery before the end of the month, my account shows I am pay per use and I tried the other night and was billed for my usage. AWD model.

Same situation here. I haven't tried to use the Supercharger yet, but it will bill me if I do. I called Support and they said it takes "up to 30 days" and they claim that they see the referal code in my account. They also claimed that I would get reimbursed for any charges that occur prior to the status change. I'm skeptical as hell at this point. I also asked for an email with this detail and never got one. I will be calling weekly at this point, not that it will likely do any good.

I should have free supercharging with my P3D but my account also says pay per use. However, I used a supercharger the day I got my car and wasn’t charged...

Never showed on my account but I got a corporate guy (Alex) to look and he said it was there.
I have Supercharged twice and have not seen any indication of $ on my account app.

Update: In my account (online) under vehicle details it says "Pay Per Use Supercharging"

I do not see a history tab online or on the App.

I have sent a note asking what is going on...
I guess I'll have to log on to my CC to see if any charges have been made.

I asked several times and finally got an email saying that I get free supercharging, but it's supposed to be for life, so I guess we'll never really know until they update their systems. Not sure why it takes so long.

I also took possession of my M3 in Q3 and was promised 1 Year of Free Supercharging if I picked up car in Q3 vs Q4. As of today (10/22) I still show Pay Per Use. Took a road trip and was charged for SuperCharging. Have called Tesla several times and also visited local Tesla Service. No one can give me an update as to when this will be resolved. I really do not understand why this is such a difficult task.

Changing your account for Supercharging is a manual process at Tesla.

Give them time and it should happen just keep on top of them.

I sent an email to my contact in Las Vegas as well as a fellow in Orlando (my delivery location) who generously contacted me as an "owner adviser" or something, with my referral number, basically a name and a five or six digit number. It was a pretty informal deal and I didn't have a very comfortable feel about it. Frankly, I can't say I still don't. But if you've got a digital bread crumb trail, you might breathe easy. I did get a comforting email a week or so ago saying that they're working on the backlog of accounts that need to be updated with free supercharging and stuff. Give them a break. They've got a lot on their plate and it could be a while before they get their **** aligned. Take a deep breath, face to whatever cardinal direction gives you the most chi, and exhale slowly.

Did you get the lifetime free supercharging, or some number of miles of free supercharging?

Have you tried supercharging? If so, were you charged?

I had the same question for you as @garsh, I don't recall when a referral gave free supercharging for life as opposed to a specific number of miles. I have free for life but my account has always said pay per use. Conversely, my wife's 3 should be pay per use and her account says free unlimited. Neither of us has ever been charged.
