The linked page clearly states it's included on the PUP.
I think that page was taken from a thread on TMC and was a screenshot of an employee configuration page, so while we can't see it, the employee placing their order did.

Can't believe I'm going to roll speculation dice but I'm willing to bet that all Homelink hardware is in every vehicle and will be included in either the Premium package or any EAP (or, at least, FSD) purchase so that summon will be unincumbered.
Now, it's possible that FSD would be the cutoff since EAP summon is still intended to be monitored by the driver and, therefore, the garage could be manually opened/closed.

I think it's standard in all models. One of the awesome features of the autopilot and full self driving is the ability to park in a garage on its own. If you pay $8k for those features but only have the standard model and HomeLink was not included it would never be able to park in a garage or open gates! That would be ridiculous!
"2 years of complementary data connectivity"....so how much is that later? And how do they update the car if one doesn't opt to continue to pay? Not that I mind, but that will be an issue for some.
Maybe Wifi to house to continue to update software and Maps, but you will have to have a LTE connection to stream music unless you just stream through the phone I guess.
Now I have 3G service on my leaf and that is gratis from Nissan. Supposedly after 5 years there may be a fee, but there is so little data that is used I cant believe it is much or if they will even charge to continue it. But a Tesla on the other hand would use oodles of data

Just confirmed with Nissan via Chat that there will not be a fee for telematics data ever (supposedly).
The maps on the Leaf are like most car Nav systems and on an SD card. you have to pay for updated maps. But the telematics updates the charging station data, as well as sending address to the system and things like starting charging and Climate control. It also sends data to Nissan that you can view in the app like daily miles driven and efficiency and regen.
