Finally
got my delivery date for my Performance Model 3 ordered on June.26th !

:car:Sept.21st :D @ Oakville, ON

I'm a day 1 in-store reservation holder for Model 3. I ordered a multi-coat red Performance Model 3 with white interior and the performance upgrade package. It's been a long time for this day to finally arrive and it barely feels real yet.

That's fantastic, congratulations!!! :D

I'm getting nearly same config, just no PUO (upgrade pack). Sticking with the 18" for winter driving capability. Not sure what other folks are doing for winter tires if they are getting the 20" + big brakes. Mine is also being delivered this month, but in your neighbor of Michigan. :p

Red + White is such a stunning color combo! It's the official Tesla colors as well ;)

For winter I'm buying Tesla Model 3 OEM 19" rims with 235/40 Pirelli Sotozero 3's on them:

Those should be excellent for the winter! So the 19" sport wheel will clear the brakes for sure right?
I'm not 100% certain the 19" sport wheels will clear the upgraded brakes on the Performance Model 3. However, I won't be buying them if they don't. And If not, I'll have to look to the aftermarket for a solution I guess.

I just got my VIN on Friday, and they said it should be delivered around Sept 28th, also to Oakville, but nothing has shown up in the portal for me. How long after the VIN assignment did you get the appointment? Looks like we have the same car, except I got blue with black interior. They told me the car has left Freemont, but it's on a train somewhere, and takes a while to transport.

For winters, I'm not sure what I'm getting yet, since the 19's on the tesla site look a little over-priced. I'm in Mississauga, and we don't get much snow (less than Hamilton), so 20's with winter tires should be ok if the 19's don't fit.

I got the delivery appointment in my Tesla account the day after I got my VIN via email from my Delivery Specialist.

We need to stay in contact as fellow Performance Model 3 owners especially when it comes to decisions about winter rims/tires. I've been doing some research and seeing the budget go from $1200 for 4 tires to $4400 + tax if you go with Tesla Winter Driving Package w/ 19"

Regarding if the 19"s will fit on our cars with our upgraded brakes I did see this:

and this:

So if 18's can fit surely the Tesla 19" Sport rims will too. Anyways it's something I'm going to ask Tesla about during delivery and I'll keep you apprised. Are you on Twitter Slarty ? Follow me at https://twitter.com/J_M_0_N

That's interesting - everything I have seen says that 18" wheels won't fit, but I'll definitely check into TSportine. I'm ok with 18's for the winter. I originally planned to get the Aero winter package, with the hubs off, but then heard they don't fit. Hopefully there will be clarity now that more people are getting their P+ cars. I just followed you - I'm @paul_gardiner - although I don't use twitter much.

The Performance upgrade package comes with larger breaks and wheels. Without the Performance upgrade, you get the standard breaks.
Performance Upgrade
  • 20” Performance Wheels
  • Performance Brakes
  • Carbon fiber spoiler
  • Lowered suspension
  • Aluminum alloy pedals
  • Increased top speed from 233 km/h to 250 km/h

Looks like I'm Sept 22nd, but not sure of location yet. It's either Oakville or the Convention Centre (I'm about half-way).
