After much go around with a failed attempt to get my first order delivered (see post about lost reservation and cancellation) they felt so bad, they offered to get me one of the first AWDs off the line! So I went for it. I took away the silver paint and went with black and I stayed with Stock wheels to offset the extra $5K. So I saved $3K making the upgrade to the dual motor only 2K. Hard to tell any difference from the RWD other than the app tells you and it feels quicker off the line and round the corners. Also, The paint is beautiful! I asked them not to wash it so I could detail myself but they did a light wash any way. It's a mirror with a little orange peel. Of course, as luck would have it, it was suppose to be delivered last Sunday to my house (again, these guys felt bad) but they had to turn back to the dealer to update the software because the front drive was not getting full power. On Tuesday night they got it fixed right before I had to go to Canada so I took delivery. Since then it's been butter! Had some weird climate thing where the fans wouldn't come on at all but it seems to be working now. So, I'm just dusting it daily (good old black!) and driving it around. It's literally a magic carpet and an iphone on wheels. Now I'm looking at some new 19" or 20" wheels, the unplugged moderate lowering and some window tint. I have yet to really push the car but it hauls butt! The kids and especially the wife, love the car. She's now calling our old Ford Fusion "Stupid Car" because I'm asking her to keep driving it to LA while I get it all settled and updated like I want.

Congrads I also received mine 8/28 in Miami. I was not expecting it so soon. I have gotten so many compliments on the car. It has far exceeded my expectations. I can't see needing any more power that this unless a person wants to go to the track.
