Getting the door open is the least of your troubles in this situation. Certainly ain't gonna clear that foot of ice holding the tires in place for a really, really, really long time. And by then, the door handles will have melted.
I don't see this as being a Tesla problem. Then again Tesla could dedicate 40% of the battery reserve to heat the skins of the car to allow the doors to easily open and maybe even clear the windows. But how would it melt the ice holding the tires?
