My delivery specialist said they could do the home delivery for us on the Sunday, the last day of the month but I just got an email saying it's scheduled for tomorrow. I'm out of town until Sunday and don't know what to do. Any recommendations???

I would contact them again and say it HAS to be Sunday for your stated reason, which is completely reasonable.
Don’t leave a voicemail or reply to the email as a done deal, call until you speak with someone. (I mean, DO leave a voicemail (if you don’t get ahold of anyone) and reply to that email, but don’t leave it at that)
Make sure they know that if they try to deliver Saturday it’s a waste of their time, nobody will be there to sign and so the car would just be back to the Tesla center with a frustrated driver. They need your signature for delivery.
