It could be a loose/worn control arm. There are 4 front, two upper, two lower. Open the frunk and push down over the suspension to try to reproduce. Does it happen while driving over bumps and turning wheel at parking lot speeds? Did you hit a pothole?
My car does this too. Its because you are turning the steering wheel with the brakes on. Try it again with the brakes off and not on "hold" and see if it happens. I believe its just the brakes slipping on the rotor.
