I own 2016 Tesla model S and a year or so ago my media display panel died and was replaced under warranty that cost me $200. I recently received an email from Tesla notifying me that I may be eligible for a reimbursement. When I attempted to fill out the "eMMC reimbursement request form" it told me that mine had never been repaired but I have the receipt. I have tried to contact someone at Tesla but no response. How can I get ahold of a human being at Tesla? Do I have to sue?

Thank you for the tip. I have filed a service issue and they are going to send mobile service to my home. Bizarre!!
You'll likely get follow-up communication very soon cancelling mobile service and hopefully putting you in touch with the right people to handle your particular issue. Good luck!
