At the end of the M3OC meet up and visit of the Plano Service Center on Saturday, I was told that if I every have problems with the 800 service number and needed support that I could always email planoservice@tesla.com and one of the advisors would get the email and call back if needed. I confirmed that I could share that email and was told definitely yes. If the format holds true, I would think dallasservice@tesla.com would always work.

I don't know how it works, but during the information sharing, if I didn't misunderstand, Texas also has it's own scheduling / support group. Anyone from the meet up want to correct me or add to what I think I remember hearing.
