UPDATE: It was the windscreen cowl. They replaced it and it's 98% better. The Mobile Service tech said that to get the cowl to fit 100% we'd need to replace the front windscreen as the rubber seal at the bottom of the window was mounted too low. Anyway long story short, it seems fixed for now but the cowl isn't fully clipped into the bottom of the window.

Hi,
Firstly I've got my car booked into the local service center to look at this issue but I thought I'd defer to the TOO to see if anyone else has it. I'll also update this thread when I get the fix confirmed.

Basically once I go over 60 km/h I get a "chirping" wind noise that increases in volume all the way until 120 km/h and is really annoying at that point.

I've done some Googling and apparently a miss fitting windscreen cowl is one of the culprits.

I had a look at my car today and I found this - https://photos.app.goo.gl/rcr6tegn1v5YBcv28

Tried to push it down but it just pops back out... any thoughts?

Cheers
Jon

Also Check the black plastic triangle piece above the side view mirrors as they not uncommonly come unglued?

A drop of Krazy glue and 60 sec of pressure fixed mine.

I had the same issue and it was resolved by replacing my passenger side mirror under warranty at the service center

Hey Jon just wanted to follow up with you if you figured out a fix for the winshield Cowl seal gap. I checked mine and it’s onl’y on the left side windshield when facing the car. It seems like the left side it dips down so the seal between the front glass and the plastic cowl has a small gap. You can see from the attached pic but it’s only on the left side. Wondering if this will cause any problems or if other people have something similar.

Let me know

Thanks
