Got the VIN for my P3D last week on Thursday. Ordered last Saturday again after having to cancel a January order. Delivery was supposed to happen today but yesterday they emailed me that they found a crack in the rear window (likely the usual stress crack so many people reported). Now the delivery has been pushed for 10 days. I also went for the white interior
You ordered last Thursday and they scheduled a delivery for a week later or was this the car you ordered in Feb?
Should I reorder? Im tempted to take advantage of the cheaper price but I need the car by end of April or it will cause inconveniences as I need to turn my old one in. I would lose out on EAP however.
Can you cancel and get your deposit back free of charge?

I ordered Feb 22 and took delivery of a LR AWD yesterday in Winnipeg. I was promised Autopilot by the delivery specialist but it was not present on delivery. I just contacted them in regards to the software update and am waiting to hear back.

Initially I had the VIN for the car I ordered in January. I posted my entire experience here: https://teslaownersonline.com/threads/delivery-problems.5512/post-217364

TLDR:
- You CAN change the configuration before a VIN is assigned
- You WILL get price adjustments before a VIN is assigned. When I asked about the price reduction they said that as long as I don't have the VIN assigned, they will honor the new lower price.
- You CAN cancel anytime and get full refund on the deposit BEFORE a VIN is assigned. That is also in your initial agreement that you should have received by email when you placed the order.

In my case I wanted to use the price reduction and get the White interior. I was told to cancel the order and create a new one. That was not correct and because of that inaccurate statement , I had lost the 6 month supercharger credit which I had on my January order. They never apologized or as much as offer a coffee to make it back. They were quite happy that they saved Tesla from bankruptcy by preventing me from getting the 6 months free supercharging.

I ordered Saturday March 9th. Website said two weeks. Guy at Tesla said more like 3-4. Still no Vin and I'm coming up on two weeks Saturday. I'm also trading in my truck which the price offered is confirmed by the Tesla dealer but not on the website. Worries me a little. But am going to go with the word of the advisor.
The experience was great at the beginning. Very easy to order. But I'm starting to get a bit worried as even the people on the phone at Tesla don't seem to have a real answer or estimate. I ordered a rwd lr. Changed to white a few days after I placed my order.

Yep, it does seem like Canada is a bit neglected for the higher configurations where they are rushing US orders for the End of Quarter. Hopefully, come April 1st, some more vehicles produced in March for NA market get directed to Canada, before they start international production again. My order was escalated too and we haven't yet heard back from them.

I have ordered MR on 4th March and still waiting for a VIN assignment. Couple of weeks back before MR was discontinued, they had assigned a 2018 VIN which I had refused. But now there is no new update nor they are asking me to change the configuration to SR+ or LR. Does anyone here still has a open order for MR with no VIN?
