I think one of the problems I’m going to endure once I start driving an EV is the other cars on the road still belching diesel smoke and carbon dioxide etc. into the air. I commute about 40 km to work each day in southern Ontario. It’s torturous to see all the large ICE SUV’s and trucks with one person in them on the way. I drive an 11 year old civic that no longer has air conditioning so I need to keep the windows down in the summer heat. Yesterday a school bus stopped at a rail crossing ahead of me and when it resumed I choked on its blue toxic fumes. As I get older maybe I’m just less tolerant but I can’t wait for a cleaner and quieter commute! I saw on the Tesla X reveal their larger and better air filters. Does anyone know about the Model 3's? I'm sure I'll be driving with the windows up all the time until there are more EV's on the road than not.
