So I configured and paid $2500 on June 28. On July 25 I was asked to enter details of insurance, cash vs financing, license, etc. I first selected financing and it left that category marked incomplete. I tried switching to cash option and it completed and made edit bottom disappear. I could no longer modify payment option back to financing.

A few days later it asked me to confirm the info so I marked that a correction was needed. Now my screen has looked like this for the past 2 weeks. Anyone have an idea what the delay might be or How I can contact a delivery experience specialist?

My screen changed to this when I switched my payment screen from financing to cash. I called the general number to make sure everything was "ok" with my information and they said yes. They would not provide any other information except to wait for the call. Just like you, I'm hoping that call comes sooner than later!

Do you think there is a delivery time difference between cash and financing?
Most say it doesn't matter. I hated seeing an item pending on my account. It made me feel like I was missing something and it would prevent me from moving forward in the process. No one really knows for sure. So far it hasn't helped me as far as I can tell
